Main objectives
Achieving significant traction
We aim to evaluate the initial state of the startups and create measurable objectives for each startup separately.
Our goal through the program is to increase the traction of each startup by a factor of ten (10x).
Operational setup of each startup
Every startup needs are different yet on the operational side they are very similar, a legal entity, bank accounts, accounting, payment processors and legal contracts in place.
We aim to have our startups in good standing and operational at the end of the program.
Road map of scale
Raising additional capital
Dedicated e-learning platform
Working space
We incubate all the startups in a modern coworking space to enhance networking between the founders, meet the mentors and provide perfect conditions for the founders to focus full-time on their startup.

Frequently asked questions
Tech startups that have scalable potential for serving a regional or a global market, based in Moldova with at least one moldovan founder.
We expect you to work full time for 6 months and be dedicated to the growth of your startup.
We offer a 25K EUR investment (10K EUR cash and 15K EUR in program value) in your startup for 5% to 10% equity (based on individual assessment). Additional investment of at least 100K+ EUR will be provided at the end of the program if your startup qualify.
In case you’re selected, you will be invited to a meeting where we will explain the whole investment process cycle, depending on your specific situation.
We target to work with a limited number of only 10 startups in order to deliver better quality of the mentorship we provide.
You’ll be joining the closed founders and alumni community where you’ll receive support from our network, and when you’re ready – a potential investment from our business angels network.
We encourage you to apply for us to better make an assessment of your situation. In rare cases, this may be allowed.
If you already have an office we will not require for you to move in the incubation space, but you should attend in person the activities we will have in the office.
Not all the startups are in the same position and even if we try to align the development stage we believe that it is fair to assess each startup individually, for example: there may be not enough initial traction, low-fidelity MVP or not fully functional founders team yet.
